Ten One Design has added a new Bluetooth 4.0 stylus into its line called the Blue Tiger Stylus. The stylus is dubbed as the world’s first pressure-sensitive Bluetooth 4.0 stylus for your iPad and is fully supported by the CoreBluetooth framework in iOS 5.
The Blue Tiger Stylus pairs with your iPad directly and offers full pressure sensitivity, palm rejection capabilities and more. The stylus is definitely a great tool for those frequently use drawing applications on their iPads.
Users can easily control stroke thickness by using the stylus to apply more or less pressure on the iPad touchscreen. Some more, since it’s based on Bluetooth 4.0, it requires no paring, simply connects and works with your iPad or iPhone. What’s more amazing is the battery life of the stylus, which just needs a single-coin battery to work for months or years.
iOS developers who wanna make their apps to support the Blue Tiger Stylus can contact TenOneDesign for getting a sample hardware and a free downloadable SDK. A clip is included below showing the stylus in action.
