Verbatim has unveiled a couple of stylish and portable universal card readers that feature USB 3.0/USB 2.0 connection interface. The USB 3.0 universal card reader allow you have up to 5Gbps of data transfer speeds and come in a silver finish. While the USB 2.0 Universal card reader delivers data at 480Mbps and comes in a classic piano black finish.
All the Verbatim card readers suppir a variety of memory cards including CompactFlash Type I & Type II, Secure Digital (SD), Secure Digital High Capacity (SDHC), miniSD, microSD, Memory Stick (MS), Memory Stick PRO, Memory Stick Duo, Memory Stick PRO Duo, Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo, Memory Stick Micro (M2), MultiMedia Card (MMC) and xD-Picture Card (xD).
The Verbatim USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 universal card readers are priced at $25 and $15 respectively.
Other than the two universal card readers, Verbatim has also unveiled a Pocket Card reader that’s best for on-the-go users. The pocket-sized card reader also offers a wide variety of memory cards including Secure Digital (SD), Secure Digital High Capacity (SDHC), miniSD, microSD, Memory Stick (MS), Memory Stick PRO, Memory Stick Duo, Memory Stick PRO Duo, Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo, Memory Stick Micro (M2) and MultiMedia Card (MMC). This pocker-sized card reader is priced at $10 USD only.
