HTC Eternity – a WP7 Mango smartphone with a massive 4.7-inch display

Looking for a smartphone that offers a large enough display for comfortable viewing of videos and other multimedia contents? Soon, there will be a new handset from HTC that’s known as the HTC Bresson Eternity that will carry a massive touchscreen display of 4.7 inches.

Currently, this handset is not yet confirmed but is being speculated and having some photos leaked, indicating that handset will come with the latest Windows Phone 7.1 Mango OS. The HTC Eternity is also expected to pack great features. It’ll come equipped with the said 4.7-inch LCD display and housed in a unibody aluminum case.

The handset is powered by a Qualcomm 1.5GHz single-core processor. It also has internal 16GB of RAM, HDMI output, DLNA support, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth and a 1,650mAH battery that makes the phone a competitive smartphone.

It also sports a front-facing 1.3 megapixel camera for video calls and an 8-megapixel camera that is capable of 720p video recording. The unofficial specs at a glance are as follows:

  1. I have HTC windows 7 phone and using from last 5-6 month. I feel there are lot many features are missing on windows 7. I hope with this release MS comes with some new features too, if he wants to be in mobile OS compeition.
