Amazon is at it again, having accidentally published a device on one of its online stores (Amazon.de) before its official annoucement. The screenshot shown here was where a 16GB iPad 2 initially found, showing it with the support of Thunderbolt and a 1.2GHz CPU. But the page has been taken down, which currently leads you to a 404 page.
Other reported specs of the iPad 2 are WiFi, a camera, the same 9.7-inch display, Bluetooth, along with a 499 Euros price tag and March 17 as the release date. The page was first spotted by Yourdailyapple, but it could be fake too as it’s too easy to fake a screenshot like that. But anyway, there is an Apple event today, so it’s just a couple of hours to wait to know the truth.
