LG has got a new Bluetooth headset called the LG HBM-810, which is able to harness solar energy to power itself. The LG HBM-810 headset is included with a solar charging cradle which has some solar panels to absorb sunlight to charge the headset.
The LG Bluetooth headset features A2DP, voice dialing, caller ID announcement, dual microphones, echo cancellation, noise reduction, and multipoint technology which allows you to use the headset with two devices simultaneously. You can save little of your electricity bills since the charging cradle is able to harness solar power to recharge the headset.
The LG HBM-810 offers about 5 hours of talk time and 150 hours of standby time after a full charge on its cradle, which is a good amount of time for a solar powered product. It’ll be available for a price of $100 on Amazon.
