
LG has announced their Mini smartphone, which is also known LG GD880 and has been crowned with the title of “the smallest and slimmest 3.2-inch full touchscreen phone on the market today”. The LG Mini GD880 smartphone comes with a full 3.2 inch touchscreen, with an aspect ration of 16:9.
The LG GD880 is a stylish smartphone and its screen extends all the way to the edge of the phone, with no buttons at the bottom of the screen. The phone comes with support of HSPA, WiFi, GPS connectivity and a 5-megapixel camera with advanced face detection. This phone has also been pre-loaded with applications for you to access social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook. And it also supports push email.
It also supports playback of various music and video formats, comes equipped with a built-in FM radio, A-GPS with the 7.2Mbps for ease of fetching of location-based information. Other details of the specs of this phone are still blurry. Anyway, it’ll likely be available in Europe from March onwards. But no information for when it enters other countries and how much the cost is.
