
More and more computer cases and accessories built using bamboo. Doesn’t it mean the food of panda is in danger? Well, bamboo grows pretty fast and it’s strong, suitable to be used as the material to build gadgets.
Foxconn has announced two Bamboo-made cases for PC. The first one is called Bamboo One, which the front case is made from bamboo wood and is stained a darker color making it to look good. The side speaker cover is also made from bamboo.

The second bamboo chassis is meant for HTPC, called the Bamboo II TMX-355, features a front cover made of bamboo. These bamboo cases shall blend well with your home that’s filled with wooden furniture.

This is a good replacement for plastics. Let’s just hope that bamboo CPU will spread throughout the world.
