Retsu Watch tells time in simple manner

Retsu simple watch
Retsu Watch from the TokyoFlash features a couple of LEDs which are claimed to be telling time in a simple yet effective manner. But I can’t understand how it actually tells the time at first glance.

Take a closer look, on the right side of the watch face, there is a series of 10 numbers. To tell time, just press the button, the LED lights will then race up the line giving you each of the digits in the current time (Time 10 between 12 will show 4 digits.) Such as for time 3:28, the LEDs will light up to show the 3 first, then go out, then 2 and then the 8. But this way of telling time seems to be just like something flashing across your mind very quickly. If you’re a slow-responding user, you may have to press a few times in order for you to grab the time precisely.

The Retsu watch measures only 8mm or 0.3 inches in thinness and weighs only 40 grams (1.4 ounces), making it qualified as one of the lightest LED watches. It comes in one of two colors of LEDs, blue or green. You can get it at TokyoFlash for $145.
