The ETV (Extra Terrestrial vehicle) is a futuristic vehicle that was built by Mike Vetter’s Florida-based company, The Car Factory. The E.T. car could have been given a better name, or maybe the maker was thinking of if the car could possibly bring you to outer space to meet up with the E.T.
The ETV car was basically a Chevrolet Aveo which got its original frame stripped down and then framed with the futuristic Extra Terrestrial shell. The ETV car carries a whopping price tag of $86,000. It’s a real car, not a concept, not a sci-fi movie prop. It’s ready to go on the road.

I have never seen anything like this car “on the road” in my life. I was driving northbound on the Garden State Parkway 8/7/10 @ about 4pm, when I spotted a this strange looking vehicle cruising up the road in front of me. Everyone on my bus & driving next to it was freaking out. They like myself were in awe of this “spacelike” car. I honestly couldn’t believe my eyes so I had to snap a picture of it with my camera phone. All I want to know is… Where can I get one & how much? It was no doubt the coolest thing I have ever seen…

Saw the car and it only had a rear Florida plate. The guy drove into the car show a Chick-Fil-A in Howell NJ right at the end of their last meet of the season. Everyone came a runnin!! Noticed it didn’t have any wipers and asked the guy who built it, he said he takes them off unless he really needs them. Has two screens for the rear end camera. I was surprised it wasn’t battery powered
