Definitely, the device shown to you here looks pretty much like a BlackBerry Bold. But in fact, it is not a device made by RIM, and neither it’s a BlackBerry device. This device is called BlueBerry.
The BlueBerry is a clone of the Bold which copies most of the design from the Bold, excepts it may have omitted a couple of buttons. And also they’ve also forgotten the trackball on this BlueBerry device. But, a silver button is used to replace the trackball.
The BlueBerry has a QVGA display, microSD card slot and it’s got two slots for SIM cards. It’s a dual SIM phone which provides the convenience without needing to remove battery cover for switching to different network operators when one signal is weak.
For only $165, you can get it from the online store, ChinaGrabber.com, which is the usual place that you can get lots of Chinese cloned phones.

I wonder what RIM thinks of this, or if there’s anything they can do about it. Regardless, the price is very appealing – will it work on North American networks?

I see some nice blackberries at maynex.com and they have wifi, 2 cameras, tv, and dual sim with dual standby, to name a few. They even have video to show how nice they are. The price is good too.

Hi Kelvin,
This device is the BlueBerry JINPENG ZL-9000 which is good for up to GPRS connection for SMS, MMS and emails only. Some more it has only a very limited WAP browser so you can’t use for almost all today’s websites.
