HTC touch pro is rumored HTC Raphael ??
The rumored HTC Raphael has now been confirmed as the HTC Touch Pro and will come with similar finish to its close brother, the HTC Touch Diamond. But will come with much better features. Other than the QWERTY, GPS, the TouchFLO 3D, it also comes with higher-capacity battery and a memory card slot that supports more choices of memory cards.

The HTC Touch Pro poses pretty close similarity to the HTC Touch Diamond. The HTC Touch Pro also features a 2.8 inch VGA TFT display. And beneath the display, there is 5-button navigation pad. The Pro retains the prism-like design for its back, which similar to the HTC Touch Diamond.

The Touch Pro features a sliding QWERTY keyboard, which has 5 rows of keys, similar to Advantage X7510, which gives extra handiness for Chinese input. The HTC Touch Pro seems to have included an additional short cut menu on its screen, which this menu will most likely present itself automatically, once the QWERTY get slided out to allow fast input of common functions.

The HTC Touch Pro boasts a thickness of 18.05 mm and weighs 165 gram with battery on. The bulky body of the Pro is mainly due to its sliding QWERTY. But the bulk gives you more lasting 1350mAh battery and comes with a memory card slot which supports various cards such as microSD and SDHC.

The Touch Pro also carries a 3.2 megapixel camera at its back, which features auto-focus and an LED flash for easier shooting in the dark. The hardware specs of the Pro are very similar to what the Diamond has, which also powered by the Qualcomm MSM7201A 528 MHz processor, and also supports high-speed Internet connectivity, the 7.2Mbps HSDPA. Other than that, you’ll also get GPS, Bluetooth 2.0, 54Mbps WLAN, FM radio, and TV-out function.

The Touch Pro features a memory card slot for more rooms of expansion, which isn’t like the Diamond that comes with a much bigger internal memory of 4GB. Instead, the Pro has got a 512MB ROM and 288MB of RAM only. The included software on the Pro smartphone are Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional as the OS, TouchFLO 3D for better touch-sensitive interaction, Opera mobile browser, and YouTube media player. With all of these goodies, but the Touch Pro seems to have remained unknown for its availability.
