EVGA USB displaylink adapter connects VGA or DVI monitor to your computer’s USB ports
Here comes a handy device that lets you hook up an additional or more monitors to your computer via the USB port. The EVGA USB DisplayLink is actually an adapter that lets a DVI or VGA monitor to be connected to your computer’s USB port.


The EVGA USB DisplayLink adapter is small, good looking and allows you display up to a resolution of 1600×1200 (or 1680 x 1050 widescreen) via the USB port without needing any additional VGA or DVI ports on your computer. This is specially convenient for those who always wanna hook up to more than one monitor. So, the additional monitors can then be connected to your computer’s USB ports.

The device comes with two models, which are the UV12 and the UV16. The UV12 is meant for the maximum resolution of 1280 x 1024 (or 1440 x 900 widescreen), whereas the UV16 is meant for the mentioned higher resolutions. Both models support Windows XP and Vista. And you can chain up to four units to let you hook up to a maximum of four displays.
