I’m not too sure why some gadgets loaded with today’s technology but still made into carrying a retro look. Perhaps, most of you still miss a lot of those old gadgets in your old school days. Here is an alarm clock from Thanko, which is retro-looking but loaded with today’s technology. It’s making use of your favorite MP3 tunes to wake you up, instead of those boring single-tone ringing or beeping sound. You can connect this alarm clock to your PC’s USB port to upload your favorite MP3 tunes. This also gives you some kind of flexibility that you can do it yourself, such as loading it with those favorite tunes or recording some from your surrounding such as dog barking, baby crying etc. This alarm clock can play both WAV and MP3 files and measures in at 130 x 190 x 70mm and is powered by three AA batteries.
