AirPlay allows an iDevice to stream videos to the Apple TV or compatible devices but not everyone has got the Apple TV. Fortunately, someone has had a hack, come up with an app called AirPlayer which allows your iPhone, iPod or iPad to stream videos directly to your Mac computer.

There were 60,000 units of the Google Chrome Cr-48 notebook to be shipped for testing and evaluation. This batch of Google Chrome Cr-48 notebooks is not meant for the public. But there is a Pilot program associated with it, accepting applications till December 21st for getting some units for testing.

The Sony Playstation Phone, codenamed Zeus Z1, has not yet been officially announced but a few video clips have surfaced giving you some hints about the device. Here comes the latest spy video of the PlayStation phone, which seems to be captured using a camera phone with 15x digital zoom. The video is quite clear, at least showing you the Playstation phone running Android Gingerbread, responding to the usual pokes and prods. But unfortunately, it doesn’t show any games running on the device.

Popular smartphones will always attract some Chinese companies to make some clones out of them. The Motorola Droid X is one of the popular smartphones which has also got a clone for it. The cloned Droid X was made by a group called KIRF (Keeping it real fake), and the clone was given a name called Motorola Froid X. Look at all the names starting with F**, you might be wondering if they’d be dealing with some sleazy things here.

ION Audio has released its new handheld video camera, which is known as TWIN and comes with two lenses – a front and a rear-facing lens. The device is great for recording yourself and others talking at the same time. If your main job is to interview people, the TWIN video recorder will just come in handy allowing you to record two faces talking at the same time.

LG has shown off a super fast Android 2.2 handset at the KES2010, an event in Korea which is equivalent to the Japanese CETEC or CES in Vegas. The said LG handset is known as LG LG-LU3000 which packs pretty impressive specs including a 3.8-inch WVGA IPS touchscreen, a 5MP camera with auto-focus, 1080P video capability with HDMI output, and the processor is an OMAP 3630 1GHz.
