Unfortunately, the iPhone 3GS is not as safe as what Apple claims. The passcode PIN and encription can be removed in minutes. A video posted on YouTube shows how quick and easy that the passcode pin and backup encryption of the iPhone to be removed.

LG has announced a special Levi’s edition of its LG Xnote mini X120 netbook in Korea. As shown in the picture, the Xnote mini netbook will come with a laptop sleeve that is made from the Levi’s jeans.

Japanese FreeBit has created an iPhone Server farm, a portable rack that allows you to slot in up to 5 iPhones (old models only) to form a temporary network attached storage. So the contents on the phones can be shared over the network.

Nokia has got their most rugged phone to date into its line. Called the Nokia 3720 classic, the phone is leak-proof, dust-proof and shock resistant. The phone is packed with nice features such as a 2-megapixel camera, Nokia Maps (preloaded on an included 1GB micro-SD card) and Bluetooth 2.1

Called the Dyson Energy Bracelet, which is currently just a concept, designed by four third year students of the Industrial Design at Nantes Atlantic Design School in France. The special bracelet produces electricity from the ambient air and stores it in its internal Li-Po battery, which can then be used to charge your gadgets on the go.

The iPhone dev team has got the iPhone 3G unlock tool, Ultrasn0w 3.0 ready. The Ultrasn0w allows you to unlock the iPhone 3G that runs the firmware 3.0. Please note it can only unlock the iPhone 3G not the recently released iPhone 3G S.
The Ultrasn0w can unlock both iPhone 2G and 3G models. The dev team should have started working on a version for unlocking the iPhone 3G S, but no clear indication when it’s likely to be ready.
