Fair comparison? Macbook Air VS Asus EEE!

January 18th, 2008 by ketyung

Fair comparison? Macbook Air VS Asus EEE!
The thinnest of the Macbook Air that can easily fit in a manila envelope, has attracted many to make comparisons with some UPMCish computers. The Asus EEE that we’ve seen before has also been picked for comparison with the Air. Isn’t it fair to have a direct comparison like that. The Air is super thin, we all know, but one great thing I like is, despite the thinnest it still offers a wide and comfortable enough screen of 13″ for the users. For some of you prefer lightness of a notebook than the thinness, of course, it’s best to go for a UMPC, if you wouldn’t mind the overly small 7-8 inch screen.

January 18th, 2008 by ketyung

Fujitsu
Although the Macbook Air is the world’s thinnest notebook, but it still weighs about 3 pounds, which wouldn’t be the best choice for some of you who value the lightness more than the thinness. The newly announced Fujitsu’s P1620 would be a better choice for its lightness and also for those who prefer PC environment than the Mac environment. The P1620 weighs 2.2 pounds with a 3-cell battery and 2.5 pounds with a 6-cell battery.

ANYCOM Stowaway Keyboard lets you type quickly on your PDA, smartphone

June 10th, 2007 by ketyung

ANYCOM Stowaway Keyboard lets you type quickly on your PDA, smartphone
Although your smartphone, PDA or UMPC comes with a QWERTY keyboard, but I don’t think they can provide you as much productivity as the full-sized PC QWERTY that your’re used to. This is simply because of your fingers are too big to type quickly on the overly small QWERTY of your PDA or smartphone. Due to the small size of the QWERTY of your smartphone or PDA, you tend to not to use it for typing long email messages, memos or surfing the web. Even though it comes with almost all the functionalities that you get on your laptop/PC. The ANYCOM Stowaway Keyboard is the wireless Bluetooth-enabled full-sized PC keyboard that works with any PDA, smartphone, tablet etc, to enable you to gain as much productivity as using the full-sized PC QWERTY keyboard.
