Cute TakaraTomy tortoises responsive to sound
It’s good for some cute stuff for this weekend. Here comes the upgraded version of the cute little tortoises by TakaraTomy that definitely give you a mood boost when you’re too bored with your work. The upgraded tiny tortoises here are called the Rhythmbits. The Rhythmbits have few enhanced features i.e giving you more fun, more lively and responsive to sound, which the ancestor Walkiebits don’t have.

Rhythmbits are sensitive with sound, which it responds well to music and can make turns along with the music. It also responds to voice, which it’ll blow a low whistle after you call it and their shells are interchangeable. Well, the Rhythmbit turtoise doesn’t do all these by itself alone. All it depends is a gramophone shaped remote control that comes with it to analyze the the sound and guide it through wirelessly via infrared.

Lego brick iPod speaker
Lego bricks seem to have taken a big leap, now it’s able to join up with your iPod and blasts the tunes for you. The piece of Lego brick shown in the picture is actually a tiny iPod dock that has speakers crammed in it. This little piece is simply handy, so you can just carry it around with you in your pocket. Whenever you feel like to blast some tunes to share with people surrounding you, you can just snap your iPod on top of this little brick. Of course, do not expect high volume with super quality of bass or surround sound from this tiny piece and some more it doesn’t have any external power source.

Spiderman is here to sing tunes and broadcast radio for you

September 24th, 2007 by ketyung

Spiderman is here to sing tunes and broadcast radio for you
This is definitely for the big fans of Spidey. A CD player and also a AM/FM radio that is shaped like the big red head of the Spiderman. This CD player/radio is nothing more special than any other CD players/radios you’re used to. Perhaps, for the Spidey fan, tunes out of the Spidey’s head would feel much better than from other players. For the price, I think is reasonable, which is asking for $50 USD only. It seems like it’s not asking for extra price for the extra Spiderman image that it presents to you. But not sure if the electronic components inside are the quality ones or not.

This lady Katie Aldred has spent 2,200 hours to build the world’s biggest Lego masterpiece. It’s a dragon that is 30ft long, weights 2.7 ton. I don’t think any other Lego model that is bigger than this. The entire  dragon is made up of almost 1 million of Legos at Legoland Windsor, England.
