The next generation of TV is the Laser TV, which is deemed capable of displaying more visible colors to the human eyes. Basically, the Laser TV is a variant of DLP, which replaces the old cathode ray tubes with three laser tubes for the red, green and blue. The use of laser gives better color and removes the the deep dark black rings.
The current problem faced with the dominants in hi-def TV market, the LCD and Plasma TV – is they can only reproduce 40% of human-eye visible colors. Whereas with the Laser TV, it is expected to display 90% of visible colors.

This is what I wanna hear, a much more promising high speed wireless Internet connection from the cellular network – 4G. It’s Nokia that has carried out a real world test for its 4G, “long-term evolution” (LTE) wireless technology. And amazingly, it was able to reach a top download speed of 173Mbps. The test was carried out in an urban environment using 2.6GHz spectrum (At top of the Heinrich Hertz Institut building in the center of Berlin, where interference typically degrades bandwidth).

For those who have been traveling around and taking photos along your journey, you’ll definitely want to label or geotag each photo for the location where it is taken. Of course, nowadays with so many gadgets available, you can do it by having a GPS device synced with the time of your camera, and having the GPS device on for tracking the locations, while you’re taking photos. But, this way will need pretty much of your time for having to match the GPS info with your picture timestamps when you’ve finished taking all the photos and back home later.

Not sure if I’m the lucky or unlucky one, as I’m still running XP (and Linux) for most of my computers. I haven’t switched over to using Windows Vista yet. I’m no big fan of Sudoku puzzle, in fact I ain’t know that much how to get this puzzle around. But only recently as told by a friend on how to play with it. What I know is it’s a kind of puzzle that consists of some numbers on a few square boxes and you have to fill in those numbers from 1 to 9 and the numbers of each row and column must not be repeated. Anyway, if your office work is simply too boring and you can stay connected to the Internet, Sudoku Junction would be a good website for you to hang around and play the Sudoku puzzle to kill some times.

Some rumors floating around about the second generation of Apple iPhone is already in its final stage. The second generation embraces the 3G connection, so you can use it to stay more connected to the Internet instead of the current version that provides only the poor EDGE. The second generation of iPhone would be made available on the second half of 2008. And analysts also predict the next higher storage version of iPhone, the 16GB version will be released on the first half next year. Anyway, a friend bluffed me that his friend had already got the 3G version of iPhone. Well, I guess he could have got in from the underground market in China.
