Nanochip developes 100GB storage chipset
Nano-technology – the technology that can go super tiny scale that is able to squeeze many millions or more of memory cells into one single chip set. The latest development in the computer memory chip contributed by nano-technology is a single memory chip set that can store up to 100GB. Nanochip, a company that has received funding of $14 million, is now working for this 100GB memory chipset and targeting to push it into production as early as 2009.
