It’s probably undeniable that this Toshiba’s IK-HD1 HD camera is the world’s smallest that we’ve ever seen so far. As it’s only slightly larger than a sugar cube. Toshiba will show off this super tiny spy cam at the NAB show later this month.

The iPhone Dev Team has developed a superb hacking tool called the PWNED tool. The PWNED tool allows you to batch the iPhone’s boot loader making it (and iPod Touch too) freely to be loaded with any firmware image, even the image not signed by Apple.

Wireless CCTV has launched a 3G vest that is to be worn by secret agents to better communicate among themselves while they’re out for their critical mission. The vest uses mobile phone’s 3G network to transmit live video over the Internet, allows the supervisor of the agents to monitor his team and subsequently provide tactical instruction immediately. Of course, the vest allows capturing of suspects or any targeted people that they’re gonna investigate.

CEO of Errata Security, Robert Graham revealed that session ID cookies used in GMail can be easily hijacked and used for other malicious purposes including sending and receiving emails, accessing your private info etc. Although GMail has an secure HTTP or HTTPs option (https://mail.google.com), which user can choose to have their http session encrypted using SSL, but GMail provides an option at the background to fall back to non-HTTPs (or non secure), while the HTTPs fails. In a more technical explanation, GMail makes Ajax HTTP requests via the XMLHttoRequest object. This connection is encrypted by default using SSL, but if SSL fails it will still go through in non-encrypted mode.

A 14-year old Polish boy hacked a TV remote control, and turned it into a remote control for controlling the tram system in the city of Lodz. He turned the tram system upside down, and the system was in his hands as if like his personal giant train set. He derailed four trains, triggered chaos and caused twelve people injured in one of the incidents.
