Only 44 percent of UK iPhone users want the new iPhone 5?


So, the long-awaited iPhone 5 has been officially announced by Apple. It’s 18 percent thinner (7.6 mm in thickness) and 20 percent lighter (112 grams) than the iPhone 4S and packs double of the processing speed of the iPhone 4S while being powered by a new A6 chip. And it’s also equipped with a smaller 8-pin dock connector known as “Lightning”, which is deemed to offer much faster data transfer.

AT&T releases Motorola Atrix HD Android LTE smartphone


Motorola Atrix HD Android smartphone has landed on AT&T network and comes with the support of high-speed LTE connectivity. The handset is the newest member in the Moto’s Atrix line. It’s powered by a dual-core 1.5GHz processor and packs a 1GB of RAM and can be grabbed for $99 only as long you’re subscribed to a 2-year contract on AT&T.

LG announces LG Optimus L3 dual-SIM Android smartphone


Want a dual-SIM smartphone? LG has a new dual-SIM Android smartphone known as LG Optimus L3 (model E405) which has just been announced in Russia and Ukraine. Unlike those recently announced Android smartphones, the LG Optimus L3 doesn’t have a 4-inch plus large screen. Instead it’s equipped with a 3.2-inch touchscreen display only with a resolution of 240×320.

Meizu outs quad-core MX – world’s first smartphone powered by quad-core Exynos chip


Meizu is ahead of any other smartphone manufacturers such as Samsung, LG, having rolled out the world’s first quad-core Exynos chip-powered smartphone, known as the Meizu MX. The Meizu MX is an Android smartphone which shows close resemblance to the Apple iPhone. And it’s powered by the Cortex-A9-based 32nm HKMG (High-K Metal Gate) quad core Samsung Exynos chip.
