An LCD monitor that also works as a television is a plus for computer workers, as they can then tune in to TV shows to have some fun when they’ve got little bored with their work. If you have a tiny apartment, you’d probably use your LCD monitor as a primary TV, which is also a way to save some space.

ROPID is another Japanese robot, that has been added with more cute elements, good communication skills and mobility. The ROPID was developed by Tomotaka Takahashi of Robo Garage at Kyoto University, is tiny in size, and able to respond to voice commands and speak with its mouth moving to present its cuteness.

Samsung has unveiled a super thin 40-inch LED backlight HDTV that measures only 3mm in thinness. Called the Samsung Needle Slim, a 3mm thickness should qualify it to be as thin as needle and world’s slimmest.
