In the sci-fi movies, you’ve seen that 3D Holographic image of a person can be projected in front of another person, so they can have conversation with full facial expressions and body movements. But it seems that the technology isn’t too far from today, as a recent survey conducted by IBM over 3,000 researchers, has indicated that the 3D Holographic video calls will be made possible on cellphones by 2015.

A remote control application for Boxee box, has been made available for the Windows Phone 7 platform and to be available on the Marketplace shortly. The app allows your WP7 smartphone to work as a remote control for the Boxee set-top box and you can have full control of the box including navigating and sending text inputs directly to the Boxee.

LG has an Android smartphone which is simply codenamed as LG B and claimed to be the thinnest Android smartphone ever. The LG B is even thinner than the iPhone 4, which was announced as the thinnest smartphone by Steve Jobs back in June during their official announcement.
