I always wish that I could make use of my mobile to write blog post. So, anytime at any place that I have little free time then I can write posts and record down on my blog the very fresh idea that just flashes across my mind. This is possible by using the newly introduced Samsung’s cellphone, SGH-L760. It’s a cellphone that lets you post directly to your blog without the need of a computer. The handset supports 3G high-speed network, equipped with a 2 Megapixel camera, Bluetooth and UMTS connectivity. Of course, it supports all the necessities for blogging such as RSS and compatibility with sites including YouTube, UBlog and Buzznet. Well, it wouldn’t be fun at all having to blog using its small screen and keypad. So, patience is a must or keep your blog post short.

The hacker, who is popularly known as DVD Jon, has cracked the iPhone to bypass the AT&T activation for using the WiFi and other capabilities on iPhone. Normally, the American iPhone users are bound to 2 year-contract with AT&T in order to be able to use any of the iPhone non-mobile features, such as the iTunes player or the Safari web browser. DVD Jon has got his little iPhone racking utllity, which is still in version 1.0, posted on his blog and several have tested and posted comments claiming that it works! Anyway, the hack is meant for technical user as you need to make use of hex editor to edit code manually in order to activate it. Anyway, the iPhone Dev Wiki also got several alternative hacking methods for the activation of the iPhone.

Again about Nokia N95. Slashgear has early reported that the Nokia N95 black 8GB, the upgraded version was either about to come soon or just a rumor. A commenter posted a comment telling them he’s found the new black N95 photo uploaded on Photobucket. It seems like that someone, unknown, has already got the new N95 in his/her hands, which pretty much hints the upgraded version of the phone is almost real.

N95 was once my first choice for changing to a new cellphone this year. Although the final decision that I’ve settled down with a Dopod to replace my old O2, but I’m still pretty interested in how the Nokia N95 has been doing lately and even some of its clones. By the first glance in the picture attached, the phone looks pretty much like an N95? No, it is just another N95’s Chinese clone that has been spotted. Although it isn’t a slider like the real N95, but its overall looking pretty close to the N95.

The Motorola’s new line of cellphone, Motorola Z9, still in the early prototype, is a new slider that’s claimed to show close similarity to the Motorola RAZR 2 series. Its specs include 3G, a 2 megapixel camera with flash, Motorola Synergy OS, Live Video Share, and the memory is expandable via microSD card.

BGR has got some hands-on with this early prototype. They claimed that the buttons of the early prototype are pretty stiff. The prototype in BGR’s hands is AT&T branded, loaded with couple of AT&T stuff such as AT&T browser key and even AT&T firmware. The picture above shows the Z9 and the RAZR 2 V8 side by side. To me, the similarity, perhaps, only the screen?

We’ve learned before that Sony was having plan to add cellphone functionality to its PSP. Now, they also have plan to add phone functionality to its Walkman product. Of course, this sounds a little bit weird as mostly other players will do the reverse i.e. adding music player functionality to a cellphone instead of the other way round. If the news sources is reliable, then we’ll get to see the latest version of Sony Walkman NW-A808 player having the capability of making phone calls.
Basically, the new version of the Walkman doesn’t look much different than the existing models, except it’s got more choices for its colors, which are pink or white. But this new version of 8GB Walkman will come with basic phone functionality such as calling and SMS, as well as music and video playback. Anyway, the usability as a cellphone of this Walkman could be pretty low. As it’s got neither phone keys nor touch screen. The only keys are the ones you see in the picture, which is only good for navigating through music list. My guess is, you need to have all your phone numbers pre-loaded into the contact list of the Walkman phone. So, to make call, you can only scroll through your contact list and pick anyone in the list for calling. Meaning that you won’t be able to call the numbers that are not loaded in your contact list. This phone should retail for the equivalent of £140.

So, there is another Google Phone that LG and Google are working on? Yes, they’re now in partnership, which is working on producing a cell phone that enables users to view, upload and share video clips on YouTube directly, without the need of a computer. The LG Ku580 that we’d seen last month was deemed as the Google Phone, simply because of it was loaded with all the Google apps such as search, mail, maps etc. Anyway, the new Google Phone that is specially designed to support YouTube services, is likely come in second half of this year in Europe. They’ll probably add the YouTube support feature to the LG Prada too.

Noone is willing to do a stress test as what PC world did for the freshly unboxed iPhone. Thanks to PC world especially to fullfill the curiousity about how durable an iPhone is. The two tests carried out are based on the most common carelessness that could possibly damage an iPhone, which are scratch and drop. Details after the jump!

So Playboy is into it, showing how supportive it is to iPhone. Playboy has created iPlayboy, which is a downloadable interface for the iPhone from the Playboy website. This interface will give your freshly unboxed iPhone 12 sexy but non-nude wallpapers. Other than this, it also includes a dozen of the photos of Playmates, a single episode of Playboy’s Sirius Satalite Radio show and a customized video that suits the iPhone’s iterface. Yet another strong element that guarantees the success of iPhone. Of course, this isn’t an healthy element if iPhone is to be the choice of everyone, especially the kids.
