When I first heard of flying car, I knew that it wouldn’t be that easy to build one, and finally we wouldn’t get any solid one in the market. How many times, we’ve heard the delay or uncertainty of release of these flying vehicles before?
Moller International Inc., a company that is developing the flying car, Moller M400 SkyCar, seems to be in a financial deep shit that will jeopardize the completion of their M400 flying car. The company nows has run up more than $40.5 million in accumulated deficits. They have even auctioned the M400 prototype on eBay with a 3.5 million dollar minimum bid, hoping to generate some money for its debts.

Yes, the need for speed! It’s no joke. A remote controlled car isn’t kid’s matter anymore! This gas-powered RC car can reach speeds of 60MPH. Such a high-speed toy seems to be inappropriate to classify it as a toy or perhaps it would be more appropriate for you instead of for your kids. To control such as a high-speed RC car surely needs some skills or at least with firm and steady hands, which I think it’s simply not so easy for kids.

Yeah I see, what a good idea! In order to make your car theft-proof, the easiest way is to make its body to be covered with rust all over. Of course, nobody will want to sacrifice and ruin the sparklingly shiny body of the car just for the sake of making it less appealing to car thieves.
Here comes a very easy way to make your car’s body covered with rust all over but still leaving it intact. Just stick a couple of Anti-Theft Sticker Tattoos all over the body of your car, then it’ll appear as if it’s already started rusting all over. And your “rusted car” is definitely not the choice of the car thieves. These stickers are the design of Dominic Wilcox as part of his New Work collection, which shouldn’t be available for sales yet.

Flying boat? The one thousand and one question that comes into my mind is “Why do you need a boat that flies? Isn’t it a boat supposed to sail on water?”. Whether you like it or not, New Zealand inventor Rudy Heeman has created a flying boat that basically flies at a level of 1.5m above water instead of sailing on the water.
The guy spent about 800 hours in building this flying vehicle boat. And he’s been recklessly testing this flying vehicle boat. Anyway, this flying boat or vehicle doesn’t need you to have a pilot’s license to fly it , as it can’t rise above what’s called “ground effect” and is considered to be a maritime craft and falls under maritime law. That’s why it should be called a flying boat, and also it uses an air cushion which relies on water. The best is it definitely lets you travel in much higher speed than the boat that sails on water, as this flying boat can reach a speed of 98kmh.

There will be times that we always wanna stay connected to the Internet. Up to the extent, we don’t even wanna lose the little moment going for a joy ride on a bike. Here comes the Yamaha Bobby bike, equipped with a variety of Internet services that let you stay connected when riding the bike. I’m not too sure how easy you could make use of it to have MSN chatting sessions with your loved ones when you’re riding on it. But, I guess its Internet services could be only restricted to some downloading services such as downloading tunes to your cell or iPod.
Lets look at the further features. The bike features a special switch that can be turned on and off by simply holding up your FeliCa-enabled cellphone to the switch. The bike can be collapsed into a smaller size as its seat is collapsible, the rear wheel, handlebars and footrests all can be folded in for easy storage. Its should be quite a convenient bike for the urban areas where there are really short of parking space. Perhaps, you could simply collapse it and carry around with you during those busy days. Anyway, it’s still a prototype, so don’t rush out to place an order yet.

What a cute cartoon car by Nissan, now has ventured into its generation 2. The car is called Pivo. Its first generation, Pivo 1 was introduced in 2005. The Pivo is an electric-powered car, which its cabin can rotate to eliminate the need for a reverse gear. Furthermore, its in-wheel motors can propel it in any direction — even sideways.
Now the second generation, Pivo 2 would come with some new features such as in-car Robotic Agent, a voice-recognition interface that allows you to talk to it in English or Japanese only, so you can control it for basic vehicle functions.

Definitely, the Aptera is the kind of vehicle that the outer look belongs to the space age. But this space-age looking verhicle has a pretty promising future path, which it gets to enter the production. The Aptera is now available for booking, which you just need to pay $500 as the refundable deposit. And you’ll be able to bring it home after a year.
