Wi-Fi Bumper Sticker turns your car into a giant WiFi-detecting bug on the road

We’ll always need WiFi detecting gadgets these days. Such as you could wear a WiFi detecting baseball cap or a T-shirt, that allows you to show the WiFi signal strengths on your forehead or chest. And now you can have a more prominent way to tell others what the WiFi signal strengths around the area by using your car. The idea is to use WiFi detecting bumper sticker, which you could stick it either inside your car or have it facing outwards at the back of your car to share with others what the WiFi signal strengths are.

Ford Tweeting car

At CES, Ford has announced they will produce a range of tweeting vehicles. The special tweeting vehicles allow the drivers to read their twitter messages. And you’ll be able to reply tweets as well since the tweeting cars will come equipped with voice recognition system that allows you to reply tweets with your voice.

Viper Smart Start application makes it possible for your iPhone to unlock, lock and start the engine of your car. The Viper Smart Start needs you to install a hardware module in your car, which costs you $300 and you can then use your iPhone like your car keys to perform activities including lock/unlock car doors and trunk, turn on and off the car alarm, turn on the heat for some pampering and even to start the engine of the car.

Meet the the world’s fastest amphibious vehicle, WaterCar Python, which can run at a top speed of 60 mph on water. It is powered by a modified Corvette engine, plus the Dominator Jet for propulsion, which are able to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in only 4.5 seconds.

Flossie – a test-riding robot for Castrol’s bikes

Castrol has got a robot, called Flossie to work as the test rider for their bikes. The idea of using robot as the test rider is definitely safer and has much lower risk than using a human test rider. As new bikes or the prototypes will still have some glitches; it definitely risks the life of a human test rider while riding the bike at high speed in the test.
