It’s another gadget being worked on by Art Lebedev, called Optimus Mini 3.0. The gadget is a device that would come with Bluetooth possibly for wireless operation and tactus-esque touchscreen capability – the kind of touch screen that gives pretty nice tactile feedback.

I’ll always need a USB adapter cable wherever I go. As I always need it for hooking up my Blackberry to my laptop for charging or transferring data to and from. But somehow, I’m kind of forgetful, which I’ve always forgotten to bring along or I’ve misplaced it. Even though I slip it into my laptop case, it’ll somehow slip off and go missing by itself. And many of these “reasons”, I’ve found that a standard-sized USB adapter cable is not that friendly and neither it’s easy to be carried around.

These days we all do our work on our computers. All documents are in the form of soft copy. But when coming to faxing the documents to your business partners or customers who’re still relying on fax machines attached to traditional fixed phone line, you’d have to print the documents on papers, and then fax it over using the fax machine.

Gadget like USB flash drive is simply too plain to have, which it can only store your data. You’d have been asking why those manufacturers never added additional functions to a USB flash drive. Maybe it’s a good idea that an USB flash drive could also work as a mouse. Or maybe not. Lets look at the Asus’ MS71, how it presents itself both as a USB flash drive and also as a wireless mouse.

The little cube shown to you here is known as the Iona Cube, which is actually a compact cube packed with Internet radio function. The Iona Cube is equipped with WiFi connectivity which lets you hook up to any WiFi network to receive Internet radio. The gadget is a concept design of Cambridge consultants, which the intention is to clam the Internet radio function into a simple little cube with low-cost design. And it allows users to access up to 10,000 Internet radio stations.
