Drone Station allows you to pilot AR.Drone with your Mac

AR.Drone, the RC quadrocopter which is controllable by iOS devices can now be controlled by the use of a Mac computer as well. Thanks to the Drone Station app for Mac OS X that makes it possible.

The Drone Station for Mac allows you to use a variety of commonly available joysticks, gamepads, and controllers. The on-screen HUD displays all the information you need including animated attitude, altitude, directional, and battery gauges to allow you to accurately control your AR.Drone.

You can also record video of your flying journey from front and bottom cameras of the AR.Drone. The Drone Station app is available on Mac App Store for $10 USD only. A clip is included showing how it works.
