The iPhone 4S’s display remains as Retina Display which offers the same resolution of 960×640. But LG has something better than your iPhone 4S’s or iPhone 4′s Retina Display. LG proved it by having rolled out their LG Optimus LTE last week, a smartphone that comes with an HD display offering a resolution of 1280×720.
The new LG’s HD display is known as True HD IPS display which measures 4.5 inches and features a 329 ppi ‘real RGB’ resolution. The new HD display is dubbed to perform better than AMOLED displays for brightness, color and battery efficiency.
The future LG smartphones should come with the LG’s True HD display. The little downside is the 4.5-inch screen size is a constraint to your tight jeans pocket.
