Samsung Galaxy Note Android phone + tablet hybrid to launch in UK on Nov 17

A 7-inch tablet is somehow too big for you and you wish to have something that sits in between a smartphone and a tablet – with phone capabilities and a screen that’s comfortably larger than what your current smartphone has. The answer is Samsung Galaxy Note – which is a device that packs a 5.3-inch screen Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels.

The Samsung Galaxy Note runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread as its OS and is now confirmed headed to the UK on November 17th. The device has a dual-core 1.4GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, a front-facing 2MP camera and an 8MP camera with an LED flash at its back.

The device is capable of 1080p full HD video recording. The screen size of 5.3 inches is just comfortable yet pocketable as a device for multimedia viewing on the go. It packs a massive 2500mAh power cell that will be good for a many hours of video and game plays. It also comes included with a stylus, which shall be useful for working on some documents and pictures on its touchscreen. No price info has been announced at the moment.
