Hercules outs 2011 Autumn/Winter collection of Multimedia speakers

Want more quality of sound to accompany you while you’re back to school or work after the summer holidays? Hercules have unveiled their new Autumn/Winter collections of multimedia speakers, which consist of five models to deliver great sound to accompany you at school or at work.

The Hercules’ Autumn/Winter collection is made up of two models from the XPS ARC White series, two models from XPS Slim White series and one from the Hercules Sound Bar.

The two models of the XPS ARC WHITE are the XPS 2.1 20 Arc White and XPS 2.0 10 Arc White (pictured above), which come in streamlined and slightly “arched” shape, and a white lacquer finish on the back, along with a black lacquer metal protective grille that will blend well with any computer on your desk.

The XPS 2.1 20 ARC WHITE has a subwoofer, two satellite speakers, a wired remote for volume control, and a line input that can be connected to any audio source including your MP3 player, computer etc. This model will be available by end of August 2011 with a price tag of $35 each. The XPS 2.0 10 ARC White is the 2.0 version of the above, which includes a volume control, a line input located on the left satellite speaker and an on/off button. It’ll be available in late August 2011 for $30 each.

The two models from the Hercules XPS Slim White are the XPS 2.0 40 and XPS 2.1 40. These speakers take up very little space on your work desk, with their slim body but without losing their elegance and contrast which serve as a major eye attraction.

As shown in the picture, the XPS 2.1 40 comes included with a subwoofer that’s great for those looking for more power and stronger bass. Both models will be available at the end of summer, for $40 and $60 respectively.

Last but not least, the Hercules XPS USB Sound Bar which has been designed to come in a sound-bar form factor that can be easily clipped on your laptop or ultraportable, for listening to great music on the go. The XPS Sound Bar is equipped with an attachment clip that can easily be adjusted to suit your laptop screen’s thickness, without blocking the laptop’s built-in webcam. It can be placed on a desk or a table, thanks to its stable base.

The XPS Sound Bar USB is truly plug and play, connects to your computer via USB for transmitting both audio and power. It has four active neodymium drivers and one passive rectangular driver, delivering great quality of sound, and is miles ahead of the regular speakers of laptop or any ultraportables.

It’s simple to use. Volume is controllable via PC’s keyboard. The included USB cable is removable for easy transportation, and it comes included with a pouch for ease of carrying and protecting it on the go.
