Fastec has got a pretty unique digital camera called the TS3Cine. The TS3Cine is a high-speed digital camera that is what you need to capture high-speed traveling objects in slow-motion. Such as you can use it to watch fast spinning tire of a car or a bullet shooting an apple in slow motion.
The Fastec TS3Cine has a 7-inch WVGA LCD screen, a CMOS sensor and a fast 128GB SSD that is expandable up to 256GB. And it’s capable of recording at a 1280 x 720 resolution at a super fast frame rate of 720fps and at 500fps while recording at a higher resolution of 1280 x 1024. And you can record up to 20,000 fps but of course at reduced resolutions.
Other goodies packed on the Fastec TS3Cine are 3,200 ISO monochrome, 1,600 ISO color, two USB ports, Gigabit Ethernet and HDMI output and a battery that lasts for 3 hours of shooting per charge.
With the unique capabilities and features, it’s definitely not a cheap gear, setting you back at $29,000 USD. Two clips are included below showing how high-speed objects can be captured by the use of TS3Cine.
