Fujitsu Lifebook S761/C and P711/C notebooks with integrated pico projectors


Optical disc drives are less useful these days as USB drives and cloud-based storage are always bundled with laptops. Therefore, it’ll be a good idea to replace the optical disc drive of a notebook by a more useful device, such as a pico projector.

The newly announced Fujitsu notebooks, Lifebook S761/C and P711/C have been designed to pack an integrated pico projector. With built-in projectors the Fujitsu notebooks are handy especially for you who’ll always need impromptu presentations for your work.

The pico projector for the Fujitsu Lifebook S761/C and P711/C is an optional component which you can choose to replace the slot that used to be occupied by an optical disc drive. Traveling business men will find the Fujitsu notebooks useful, anytime they want to carry presentations for their work.

Specs wise, the Lifebook S761/C packs a 13.3-inch (1366×768) display, a Celeron B810/Core i3-3210M/Core i5-2520M processor, 1GB of RAM, 160GB HDD and an optional SVGA (800 x 600) video projector. While the LifeBook P711/C is a smaller notebook which has a 12.1-inch display with a resolution of 1280×800, a Core i3-2310M/Core i5-2520M processor, 1GB of RAM, 160GB HDD and an optional WAM module. No prices have been announced yet but they’ll go on sale within next 2 months in Japan.
