
HTC is very likely prepping a 16-megapixel WP7 camera phone. This is hinted by a leaked video on YouTube, which should be some of the promotional materials of this 16-megapixel HTC Windows Phone 7 smartphone.
The clip tells that the HTC phone will come with a 16-megapixel sensor and two LED flashes, which are great for professional shots on the go. If the video is legit, it’d make the HTC phone the highest-resolution camera phone to date.
Other specs are still on the sparse side. The clip also shows that the phone has a front-facing camera but unfortunately, the current version of Microsoft WP7 platform does not support video calls. There will be an update of firmware for the WP7 smartphones, so this HTC 16-megapixel WP7 phone would very likely be the flagship phone to test the new firmware. Watch the clip below.
