Latest iOS, the iOS 4.3.2 is available for you to update your GSM (or AT&T) iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 2, iPad and iPod Touch 4G and 3G.
The iOS 4.3.2 has a few bug fixes which address issues including occasionally caused frozen or blank screens during FaceTime video call, inability to connect to 3G for some International users using the iPad WiFi + 3G, and some security fixes.

Of course, those who’ve jailbroken and unlocked their iDevices, shall not proceed for the iOS 4.3.2 update now, for not screwing up your jailbreak or unlock of your iDevice. So, you’d better wait till the iPhone dev team release the jailbreak + unlock that tackles the iOS 4.3.2.
On the other hand, Apple has also readied the iOS 4.2.7 update for the Verizon iPhone 4. Again, if you’ve jailrbroken or unlocked your Verizon iPhone 4, you’d better stay away from the update. The jailbreak + unlock for iOS 4.3.2 shall come in a few weeks’ time or sooner.
