You should have heard about Einstein’s Special Law of Relativity or the Twin Paradox. If you’re not aware what it’s about, it’s simply about a twin brother who is traveling near the speed of light will age much slower than his twin brother that’s not moving. In short, if you’re in motion, you should age slower relative to someone that’s not moving. – but of course, by a super tiny fraction.
Now there is an iPhone app called the Einstein’s Pedometer, which lets you be aware of how much fraction of time or how much slower than you’ll age while you’re always in motion based on the Einstein’s theory.
The Einstein’s Pedometer app makes use of the iPhone’s GPS capabilities and the Lorentz Transformation to calculate how much time you’ve gained, while you’re in motion.
As I mentioned it’s a super tiny fraction that’s too tiny to be significant. Such as you’ll only add a mere thousands of a second even you spent your life circulating the globe. Unless you could travel near the speed of light (which is impossible to achieve), then you’d be able to gain lots of time relative to those who’re not moving. Anyway, the app is fun to have, you can grab it from iTunes.
