
ViewSonic let you have flexibility to project 3D contents on their 3D DLP projectors, by having announced a new 3D VPD31 processor box. The device is a converter which is able to convert contents from various sources including Blu-ray, TV, PS3 console to be projected by ViewSonic’s 3D DLP projectors.
The 3D VPD31 processor box allows you to enlarge 3D images without losing any quality. The device is compatible with ViewSonic’s range of 3D ready DLP Link 3D/120Hz projectors. It’s equipped with two HDMI 1.4 inputs and an HDMI 1.3 output, allowing you to scale 3D image projection without losing quality. The ViewSonic 3D VPD31 is priced around $483.
Along with the 3D processor box, ViewSonic has also announced its second-gen 3D glasses that come with various improvements including their style, lightweight, better quality and an effective distance of 12m. The new 3D glasses offer 44 hours of continuous use battery life and rechargeable via mini USB.
