TASCAM has upgraded its portable recorder, in the form of the TASCAM DR-07mkII. One of the special features of this new TASCAM portable recorder is it has two protruding silver extensions which basically are two flexible, pivoting mics, which allow for easy adjustment to suit the recording environment.

I’m not too sure why there is a need for a notebook to be equipped with a transparent display. There could be a few good reasons, such as it lets you see what’s behind the laptop screen, or lets you be aware while your boss is approaching. Anyway, Samsung has got a new notebook that comes with a 14-inch transparent LCD display, which was shown off at FPD China 2011.
