The iOS 4.3.1 is the latest OS update for your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch etc. The iOS 4.3.1 has no major changes except some bug fixes. The bug fixes include the iPod Touch 4G which has some occasional glitches with its graphics.
The fix also includes fixing the activation problem of the iOS 4.3 devices on some networks. Another fix is for the problem while a digital AV adapter used on some TVs causing flickering of images. And the last problem – the authentication problems with some enterprise servers, has also been fixed.

So, just plug in your iPhone or iPad to your PC or Mac, then you’ll be prompted whether you want to update to the latest iOS 4.3.1. As shown in the screenshot above where it popped up on the iTunes while I hooked up my iPhone 4 to my MacBook Pro. Note: If your iPhone is jailbroken and unlocked, it’s advisable not to update, as you’ll lose your jailbreak and unlock!
