We have always emphasized on wanting to be free from tangling wires, so we’d love to see charger that comes without the hassles of tangling wires. WALdok will be the perfect cordless charger that you need if you do not want wires to clutter up your living space.
As shown in the picture, the WALdok plugs into a wall outlet, allows your iPhone, iPod Touch that uses the 30-pin connector to dock on it for charging. What is more interesting about the WALdok is it features a high-quality speaker, a 40mm driver that delivers highs for superb sound quality. It also has a bass chamber that delivers bass quality as good as a subwoofer does. It’s got an internal battery, allowing it to be used as a desktop speaker for your iDevice as well, while it’s not plugged into the wall outlet and the battery packs 8 hours of juice for playback.
The WALdok can be plugged into any wall outlets including those in your bathroom, kitchen, office etc. It comes with interchangeable international plug adapters that allow it to suit the wall power outlets of various countries including UK, EU and AU, which is definitely useful for frequent travelers.
WALdok is currently just a project being developed over at Kickstarter and the developers are still looking for more funds to get the WALdok materialized and mass produced.
