Telus Mobility will start its mobile phone unlocking service on February 15, which will unlock your mobile devices at $50 per device. Telus will provide instructions on how to unlock a mobile phone and will provide a list containing what mobile phones are eligible for unlocking. Will the iPhone be on the list?

Tablets that did not manage to make their way to CES 2011 will most likely show up at the upcoming MWC 2011. One of the Android tablets that will get announced with more details, will be the Huawei S7 Slim Android tablet. Some photos of the S7 tablet have been released by the company but specs are not known yet.

Canon has rolled out two entry-level DSLR cameras known as the Canon Rebel T3 and T3i, which come with a number updates over their predecessors. The Canon Rebel T3 will ship end of March with a EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 II zoom lens for $600.
