iPhone 5 to come with a larger 4-inch display?

iPhone 5 is one of the most anticipated mobile devices for the year of 2011. And it’s been expected to be announced sometime this summer. So, it’s time for a number of speculations about its specs to start surfacing. A recently leaked photo shows the new iPhone’s digitizer panel, suggests that the iPhone 5 will have a screen larger than 3.5-inches, and likely be a 4-inch display.

Although the iPhone 5 will come with a larger display but the entire phone will not look any bigger than the current model, as it’ll have a much thinner bezel around its display. The above picture shows a mock-up of an iPhone 5 is compared side by side to an iPhone 4.

In addition to the larger display, other goodies that you’d get from the iPhone 5 are a dual-core processor, NFC and an 8-megapixel camera from Sony. There are also different words for its release dates including it could be hitting the shelves as early as June or a possible delay till September 2011.
