You may consider the Newsight 70-inch 3D TV as the world’s largest glasses-free 3D TV. But NiCT has one that is much larger than the 70-inch 3D TV and more than qualified as the world’s largest glasses-free 3D TV that measures at 200 inches. The NiCT 200-inch glasses-free 3D TV allows multiple users to view natural-looking 3D images simultaneously without needing to wear special 3D glasses.
One of the challenges that NiCT faced was to reduce the presence of “Strip Noise” between parallax images, that will cause uniformities of brightness and color balance in the images. And NiCT has managed to solve it by using LED light sources to balance colors and brightness, thus drastically reducing “Strip Noise” and making the development of the 200-inch glasses-free 3D TV possible.
