Olympus has announced new cameras called the SZ-10 and VR-320 which come with excellent zoom power to meet your need. These Olympus SZ-10 packs a 14.1 megapixel TruePic III+ image processor developed from Olympus’ digital SLR processors and a larger and higher-res 3-inch LCD than what its predecessor has.

The Olympus SZ-10 also allows you to zoom from 28mm up to 504mm. Other goodies are the creative Magic Art Filters for editing and customizing videos and photos, an in-camera panorama mode, 3D shooting mode and the capability of recording video at 720p HD quality at 30fps. It also supports the Eye-Fi wireless SD card and is equipped with an HDMI output for connection to larger HD display.
The Olympus VR-320 offers the same range of shooting options, but is equipped with an ultrawide-angle 24mm lens that is able to zoom up to 300mm (35mm equivalent). This camera also has a 3-inch LCD screen but with a lower resolution. But it’s unclear if it packs the same TruePic III+ image processor. Both the Olymous SZ-10 and VR-320 are expected to be out in March for $250 and $199 respectively.
