iPhone 5 is one of the most anticipated mobile devices for the year of 2011. And it’s been expected to be announced sometime this summer. So, it’s time for a number of speculations about its specs to start surfacing. A recently leaked photo shows the new iPhone’s digitizer panel, suggests that the iPhone 5 will have a screen larger than 3.5-inches, and likely be a 4-inch display.

Fujitsu has readied a fully wireless display, which means it doesn’t need any cable or wire for both data and power connections. The new Fujitsu’s wireless display is exactly what you need to stay completely free from tangling wires.
The Fujitsu’s wireless display is based on magneto-induction technology, which allows it to work in specially designed hotspots by just placing the monitor on it. It’s similar to the Powermat wireless induction charger, but with bigger and increased energy output, allowing it to fit the base of the monitor and power it at the same time.

NEC’s MEDIAS N-04C which had some pictures leaked a few days ago, has now been confirmed as the world’s thinnest 3G smartphone that measures only 7.7mm thick. And it’ll be coming to NTT DoCoMo in Japan on March 15. The super thin MEDIAS N-04C is also super lightweight, at 105 grams, making it much thinner and lighter than a number of smartphones including the Samsung Galaxy S II and iPhone 4.
