The Postal Pix is an iPhone application that lets you print your photos directly right from the iPhone. The Portal Pix app was created after co-founders Isaac and Christina Lay had a baby boy. The couple started snapping photos of their baby boy using their iPhones but having found that it was tricky with limited time to get the photos off the iPhones and distribute to their friends and family.
The PostalPix app is definitely handy, anytime you’ve taken some photos of your friends or colleagues, you can print them right away from your iPhone without any hassles of having to unload and send them for printing. But printing a photo using the PostalPix iPhone app is not free, it costs you $0.99 for printing a photo that is 4″ x 6″. And a single 8″ x 10″ costs you $3.47 and you can pay via PayPal or cred card.
There will be versions for some other mobile platforms and Android coming after the company has perfected the iPhone version. Watch the clip below for more info.
