
The new version of Sony PSP, known as the PSP2 will come with a few new features including an OLED screen, WLAN and 3G connectivity provided by NTT DoCoMo. With the WLAN and 3G, the PSP2 aims to allow the players to be able to go online anywhere and anytime.

Other than the OLED screen, the PSP2 is also expected to pack an ungraded processor. Sony will also incorporate new services such as online gaming and multimedia services in the PSP2 gaming console. It’ll also allow the user to stream video and audio including from the recently introduced service, Qriocity.com.
The Sony PlayStation phone also has some further info, indicating that it’ll be running Google Android OS allowing the users to access non-game applications and scheduling software.
The Sony PSP2 game console is to be unveiled at a press conference on January 27 while the PlayStation phone is expected to be unveiled next month.
