Cypress’ TrueTouch controller is the multi-touch solution that is specially designed for large screen and to keep power consumption to a minimum. The new Acer Iconia dual-screen tablet that’s arriving later this month, is said to be equipped with the Cypress TrueTouch controller.
The Acer Iconia tablet packs two 14-inch 1366×768 touchscreen displays with Gorilla Glass protection. It is powered by an Intel Core i5 processor, along with up to 4GB of RAM and up to 750GB of storage. It’ll also come with a couple of optional extras including a 3G modem and various types of connectivity such as WiFi, USB 3.0, VGA and HDMI. And it’ll run Windows 7.
