Onkyo Japan has announced its TA117 tablet that is powered by the recently popular NVidia Tegra chipset. The Onkyo TA117 tablet runs Android 2.2 and is powered by the NVidia Tegra 250 chipset that gives it more power than its predecessors like TW317.
The tablet is currently being offered only in Japan. It packs pretty decent specs including a 10.1-inch screen with a resolution of 1024×600, two USB 2.0 ports, WiFi, Bluetooth, a microSDHC slot, HDMI output and a 1.3-megapixel camera.
There are two versions of the TA117 tablet with either an internal storage of 8GB or 16GB. Unfortunately, this tablet is currently offered in Japan only. But you’d be able to get it from GeekStuff4u.com.
