This idea seems to be borrowed from the Mitsubishi modular OLED screen, where a huge screen was made from many small screen modules. The world’s biggest iPhone shown in the picture here is made from 56 Apple iPads. It’s now being displayed in London’s St. Pancras International Train Station for the launch of the game Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light.
Basically, it was made by having 56 Apple iPads framed to make them look like a gigantic iPhone. All the iPads are running the same looped video, showing off the mobile version of the game. This certainly looks cool. But what if they chose iPhones instead of iPads to form this huge iPhone? It’ll certainly look cooler but it’ll involve a lot of more work and you’ll need much more than 56 iPhones to achieve that.
